• Two (2) seats (with lunch buffet) at the reserved Speaker Table.

Sponsor Needs To:

1. At least 18 days prior to the event date, please complete the form.
2. Pay $135 sponsorship, either by check or at the Pay Tab on the Website (Mail paper forms to PO Box 51463, Lafayette, LA 70505)
3. Upload or email digital images, your company logo and business description.
