We are so excited that you are joining the women of Connections.  We look forward to another exciting year of dynamic guest speakers, networking, sharing good news, mentoring others, and supporting one another.

 Our meetings take place on the second Friday of each month from 11:30am to 1:00pm at The Petroleum Club. We gather to share a meal, listen to an inspiring guest speaker, and network. We encourage you to get involved and join one of our committees. Check them out on the application.

Career Achievement Committee: Strives to choose women who currently represent the epitome of professional accomplishment and achievement and who present themselves as desirable role models. Awards based on significant professional achievement and/or advancement in their particular field of endeavor.
Directory Committee: Works to secure advertisements and conform to the purpose of the Directory. (The directory is intended as a method of networking, membership orientation, and a resource book for members).
Professional Development Committee: Provides activities and opportunities, accessible to the majority of the members, which will enhance the development of members' professional skills and knowledge.
Program Committee: The committee's focus is to assist the Program Vice President preparing for speakers, presenters, and/or entertainment for regular monthly meetings. Special emphasis placed on Anniversary meeting in October.
Scholarship Committee: Administers the SLCC Scholarships offered by Connections.
Public Relations Committee: Assists the Public Relations Chair in maintaining the Connections website and Facebook page; works to promote Connections through all media.
Membership Committee: Assists the Membership Vice President in recruiting new members and retaining the current Connections membership base.
Treasury Committee: Assists the Treasurer in tracking Connections’ finances and budgeting for all expenses.
