November 2025-Melissa Bowen-The Authencity Center

Melissa Bowen is a champion of courage, resilience, and wholehearted living. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Supervisor, and Coach, she helps individuals transform their lives through authenticity, connection, and courageous action. She specializes in building resilience to shame. 

Based in Lafayette, LA, Melissa runs a private counseling practice, The Authenticity Center. She supervises counselor interns and partners with organizations such as United Way, brandRusso, the Chamber, and local nonprofits. She is a mentor with the 705 program, consults with The Hub Urban Ministries, and serves on the board of The Confidence Campaign.

Her topic for the luncheon will be The Authenticity Advantage: Leading with Courage, Connection, and Clarity. Melissa's message empowers audiences to live and lead from their authentic selves—for a life of clarity, strength, and fulfillment.
