Tiffany Steward is an oilfield brat, originally from South Texas she was raised along I-10 until finally settling in Lafayette in the early 90’s. A graduate of Comeaux High she attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she graduated in Public Relations in 2007.
She began her career in the non-profit industry as a Medical Education Coordinator for Hospice of Acadiana. After the birth of her third son, she decided to work with the family business in oil & gas where she took on the role of Human Resources and HS&E at her father’s project management company. Of course, she fed into her love of nonprofits by volunteering for LAGCOE where she mastered driving golf carts in reverse and when the downturn in the industry occurred she made the decision to open her own small business, The Good Steward. The Good Steward provided task based services for small businesses, independent professionals and of course non-profits. Which is how she came to where she is today with the Alzheimer’s Association. As the Development Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Louisiana Chapter, Tiffany works to create partnerships within our community. Her primary focus is the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the Association’s largest fundraising event that supports the services and resources provided locally to those affected by the disease. As the mother of three boys, wife to an aspiring rock god and a person with a connection to Alzheimer’s - Tiffany is committed to telling her story of the crucial role the Alzheimer’s Association played in her life and that of her family.
