January 2026-Liz Hebert-Lafayette City Council Representative

Liz Webb Hebert is a lifelong resident of Lafayette Parish and a recognized leader in both business and public service. She is the current Councilwoman for District 3 on the Lafayette City Council, where she has served as Chair of both the City Council and LPUA.

In addition to her public service, she is the Senior Director of Business Development for the National Group at Surgery Partners. Liz’s leadership roles extend to organizations such as the Leadership Institute of Acadiana, Acadiana Animal Aid, and the 705 Young Professionals. She’s a past president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana and a graduate of Leadership Lafayette, Class XXIII.

She has been honored as one of the Daily Advertiser’s “Top 20 Under 40,” ABiz’s “Trailblazer of the Year,” and Acadiana Profile’s “Woman Making a Difference.”

Outside of work, she and her husband Aaron are proud pet parents to Murphy, their miniature schnauzer.
