Tramika is the Owner and Engagement Specialist of DEFINED RESOLUTIONS
A facilitator of behavioral changes Promoting the Power of Mindful Practices. She is a Professor of Psychology at SLCC and University of Peoples Global University. She has an MS, in Psychology from Walden, and a BS in Sociology with Psychology minor from UNO.
Tramika is a Native of Franklin, LA. and is currently working and residing in Carencro, LA
