Stephanie Anderson is a passionate women’s wellness coach, certified fitness trainer, and the founder of both Perfectly You Fitness—a boutique studio committed to empowering women to build strong, sustainable wellness habits—and Community Wellness, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to "changing lives, one step at a time, one family at a time, one community at a time."

With over a decade of experience in health and fitness, Stephanie’s approach combines science-backed strategies, mindset coaching, and real-life relatability to help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and resilience. In her studio, she’s created a supportive, non-judgmental environment where every woman—from fitness beginners to seasoned athletes—can feel seen and celebrated.

Driven by her mission to bridge gaps in physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, Stephanie launched Community Wellness in Vermilion Parish less than a year ago. Under her leadership, Community Wellness has partnered with local organizations to provide accessible resources, inspiring events, and family wellness initiatives. One early success was a community volleyball fundraiser featuring local teams, kids’ activities, and more—all designed to bring families together for health, fun, and connection.

On a personal level, Stephanie is a proud wife of 20 years and mother of three vibrant daughters, ages 18, 16, and 13. She knows firsthand the challenges—and joys—of juggling family life, business leadership, and personal wellness. That lived experience shapes her relatable coaching style and serves as a powerful reminder that women can thrive in every area of life, without sacrificing self-care or family priorities.

Whether she’s coaching in the studio or speaking on stage, Stephanie leads with heart, humor, and a deep belief in the power of women lifting each other up. Her goal is simple: to help every person she meets.
