August 2024 - Dianne Mouton-Allen - Director NCBI Lafayette

Dianne Mouton-Allen directs business operations for the Lafayette Chapter of the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI), an international leadership organization that provides training in diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

Dianne holds a Masters of Science in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is a Certified Training Professional (CTP) with the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the recipient of the 2005 Women Who Mean Business Award,  and the 2005 Women of Excellence Award. She has worked with organizations to mitigate controversial issues. Her resolutions of organizational controversies have paved the way for informed policy making. Because her program is experiential, management is afforded the opportunity to identify real employee concerns and other matters that affect organizational operations.
