2025 May - John Valdetero - Avanti Senior Living

By popular demand, Connections welcomes former actor and currently senior advocate, John Valdetero.

After appearing in several television series between 1989 and 2008, John Valdetero returned home to Louisiana to raise his family away from tinseltown. He had been a regular on Coach and The District, and frequented a long list of other programs, including one for the big screen with Meg Ryan and Colin Hanks. John would be one of the first men allowed into formerly "women's only" organizations. In 2022, he joined Connections, and has been a loyal member ever since. 

For many years now, John has been actively involved with the welfare and concerns of our senior community. He has hosted workshops and seminars on Alzheimers and dementia, created an inclusive space for geriactric living discussions, and has poured countless hours into creating a joyous atmosphere for those in their Golden Years.
