Marie is the owner/operator of Cajun Food Tours. As the name of her company suggests, Marie is passionate about promoting the cuisine of Acadiana, and sharing all that is special about our area.

Cajun Food Tours became a business in August 2012 after Marie’s 23 years in education; 14 years teaching American and Louisiana History to the middle-school students at St. Cecelia School in Broussard, and another 9 years in administration.

It was back in 2010, as Marie was vacationing with the food tours in other states, she says it was nothing shy of divine inspiration that spurred her to capture this opportunity of showcasing our own rich heritage and culture to visitors wanting to “Eat their way through Acadiana.”
