December 2021 Meeting - Rosie Claus, Acadiana’s Mrs. Santa Claus

Rosie Claus, aka Acadiana’s Mrs. Santa Claus, is a native of the North Pole for 500 years and has been visiting the United States (Louisiana) for over 200 years. Rosie has been married to Santa Claus for 300 years She has been a loving mom to 500 elves and to 9 reindeer (Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and of course, Rudolph). She received a Bachelor of Toy Making and Cookie Baking from the North Pole University. Her favorite book is, “The Night Before Christmas”; her favorite song is “Mrs. Santa Claus” by Nat King Cole; and she loves to sing and make children happy. She is also a triplet to sisters, Acadiana’s Mother Goose (Posie) and The Fairy Godmother (Josie). Rosie is also distantly related to Marilyn Monreaux; Fleaux, the Progressive Insurance Lady (who love the UL Ragin Cajuns); and the Sanderson sisters from Hocus Pocus, Winifred, Mary and Sarah.
