Connections Scholarship for Mature Women Students

Connections awards a minimum of one $1,000 scholarship per year to a mature woman student between the ages of 24 and 55. Recipients must be returning to college for a career change, enrolling as a mature first-time student, or completing an abandoned curriculum.

The Scholarship applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, and a resident of Acadiana seeking an undergraduate degree at UL Lafayette or SLCC, have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above (or as determined by the Scholarship Committee) with a minimum of 30 hours credit, and show evidence of financial need.

Scholarship Recipients

All scholarship recipients were awarded scholarships to UL and SLCC in Lafayette.
